The site looks polished at first glance, but the moment you try to actually use it you hit a wall: intrusive cookie banners blanket content, a hero that doesn’t clearly say what you actually buy or do, and navigation that hides behind a hamburger. The grid sometimes lines up, sometimes doesn’t, and mobile breakpoints feel like afterthoughts. Trust signals exist but aren’t prominent enough to calm suspicion. Overall, the branding is inconsistent and the messaging never earns the right to follow the user through the funnel.
If you want people to book, buy, or stay, you need a clear promise, scannable content, and a content flow that guides them—not a circus of overlays and vague CTAs.
